Facebook and many other social networking sites are banned at work places, colleges and as well as schools. But what most people do not realise is that there are so many benefits of having these sites at work, colleges and schools. The main reason that they do that is to block or stop any kind of distraction of the mind. Other times it is for safety purposes and other concerns.

Now if you were to take a look at what will happen if you violate any of these rules, you will see that they do not lead to anything pleasant.
